职位描述: Duties and responsibilities:  ? Development of electrical HW, ordering components as well as designing circuits and layout for PC-boards  开发电子硬件、设计电路和PCB 板线路图、订购零部件；  ? Documentation according to development process  根据开发过程进行文件的编制工作；  ? Product reviews, FMEAs and quality management as testing and reporting  进行产品审核，设计失效模式及后果分析和质量管理直至测试和最终报告；  ? Tool design to support development and production process  设计用于支持开发和生产的相关工具；  ? Development of test systems for qualification and final control  开发测试系统进行标定和最终控制；  ? Market analysis on electrical parts required  针对电气元件作市场对比分析；  ? Supporting of production process  支持生产过程；  ? Customer related communication  与客户进行业务沟通；  ? Moderation of D-FMEA and P-FMEA  负责D - FMEA和参与P - FMEA ； Requirements:  ? Electronics/Physics Engineer (bachelor/master)  电子/物理工程师（本科/硕士）；  ? Professional experience in HW development and automotive industry.  具有硬件开发和汽车行业的专业经验；  ? Knowledge in electronic development (analog/digital), electronic design, electronic analysis, μC, interfaces (SPI, CAN, LIN, etc) and layout development (eg. Eagle,Altium designer, etc).  具有电子器件开发（模拟/数字）、电子设计/分析、微控制器、接口（SPI，CAN，LIN等）以及线路图开发（如eagle，Altium Designer 等）的专业知识。  ? Basic knowledge in project management, SW-process (CMM / Automotive Spice).  具有项目管理、软件开发（软件能力成熟度模型CMM，汽车行业）的基本知识；  ? Familiar with quality management, testing, CR (change request ) and tracking of PR (problem recording)  熟悉质量管理、测试、变更请求(CR)和问题报告(PR)的跟踪；  ? Energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills  具有较强的人际交往和团队协作能力；  ? Business fluent English in both spoken and written language, German language skills optional  流利的商务英语口语和书面表达能力(或德语）；  ? Willingness to travel domestic and international  愿意经常国内外出差。. 举报
