Mission: Understand the Power Generation segment in China and its “value drivers” including the customers’ products, applications, the value chain, and the role of welding in the segment. Responsibilities Be the authority on the Power Generation segment, ownership and product trends, including manufacturing plans, model changes, and welding products suppliers and competitors. Create an understanding within Lincoln of how existing Lincoln products & applications meet the market needs by engaging and enabling the regional sales teams and personnel to be more effective, and by developing targets and getting sales orders with the sales organizations. Build extended team cooperation within the sales group. Spread the knowledge of successful customer solutions and coordinate and assist multi-location customers’ sales development activities. Identify trends to anticipate future products, applications and ways for Lincoln to be more successful in the segment. Communicate with Lincoln Globally these opportunities. Bring the “voice of the customer” into Lincoln. Promote Lincoln as a full range solutions provider for the segment via products, technology, quality, and service. This position is expected to be approximately 70% customer acquisition focused and 30% marketing and training focused. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Welding engineering degree or something similar Minimum 3 years\'experience in welding or power generation related industry Ability to communicate well in English & Chinese, for both written & verbal 举报
