工作要求Job Requirements1、 Minimum College Graduate in Engineering related discipline with Bachelor degree;Minimum 3 years of operational experience in quality management in automobile industry, preferably in Molding/Painting/Assembly plant.工科专业本科以上学历;3年以上汽车行业质量管理经验,注塑/喷漆行业优先2、 Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, QC 7 tools,8D Report, Minitab, etc; Familiar with OEM plant system such as Formal Q, QSB, VDA etc.熟悉ISO/TS体系,熟练运用SPC,FMEA,APQP,PPAP,MSA, QC七大手法，8D 报告，Minitab等工具; 熟悉汽车行业管理标准Formal Q,QSB,VDA 等3、 Strong quality mindset and process improvement focused较强质量改善制程改进意识4、 Effective communication skills and executive presence with bilingual language较强沟通协调执行能力，英语口语佳5、 ISO/TS auditor;certified Six Sigma Belt preferable ISO/TS审核员,6西格玛黑带优先岗位职责Job Responsibility1、 参与新产品导入的质量策划和顺利量产的推进，Participate in New Product Introduction quality planning and smoothly mass production 2、 对应客户质量工程师，领导工厂团队进行客诉问题的分析及改进措施的制定实施Work with Customer Quality team on customer quality issues, lead plant team to do analysis and make improvement actions, and monitor the action’s implementation .3、 分析内部PPM，发起持续改进的行动（如PDCA，标准化，防错，产品变更，RPN降低）；To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction) ;4、 负责确定产品/零件的检验方法和检夹具，并编制产品/零件的检验规范和产品审核指导书；Responsible to define the inspection methods and gauges of products/components; And make products/components inspection work instruction & product audit work instruction5、 负责制定产品/零件测量系统研究计划和实施、判定；Responsible to establish products/components MSA study plan and implement & judgement;6、 推进所负责产品产线的过程审核，产品审核，分层审核，客户审核对应等；负责控制计划，自主检查，IPQC检验等文件的制作更新；Responsilbe for the process/product/layer and customer audit; Responsible for control plan, IPQC and operator product and process checklist.7、 主管人员的其他工作安排Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader 举报
