ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作职责 1.Receive information from the assembly line、 0km、market quality issues; 接收生产线、零公里、市场质量问题信息 2.Take preliminary analysis of quality issues and confirm the responsible body； 质量问题初步分析并确认责任主体 3.Provide spot tech support and temporary improve scheme to the assembly line、 0km、market urgent quality issues; 生产线、零公里、市场紧急质量问题现场支持并提出临时改进方案 4.Coordinate the professional module resource to put forward the solution and make the action plan; 协调专业职能模块资源提出改进方案并制定行动计划 5.Lead the whole improve process, make plan, coordinate resource ,research the radical reason ,and make the final solution; 主导质量问题改进过程，计划制定，资源协调，根本原因查找，改进方案制定 6.Confirm the DV test scheme , follow the test process and solidify the solution; DV试验方案确认，试验过程跟踪、改进方案的固化、改进效果验证等 7.Summarize the improve process of design issues and record the files; 设计问题改进过程总结，并形成文件进行归档; 8.Keep close cooperation with Purchasing, SQE and suppliers to define product specification and validation plan; 与采购，质检和供应商合作，确认产品的技术规格和验证计划； 9.Perform DFMEA with Design team; 与设计小组一起执行故障模式分析； 10.Making presentations to senior design management or clients, either when presenting design proposals; 在给出设计方案时，能够向工程师或者客户做必要的演示讲解； 11.Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders. 负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务。 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育背景与工作经验要求 1.Engineering education background with a bachelor’s degree or above; 工程教育背景，本科及以上学历； 2.Over 4 years’ work experience and at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing. 4年以上工作经验，至少3年在制造企业。 举报
