职位描述：
岗位职责： ? 做好日常仪表及控制系统维护工作，提高仪电的可靠性。 ? Keep the normal instrument & control system running smoothly, raise the E&I efficiency. ? 在设备失效时主导根本原因的调查与维修技术 ? Leads root cause investigations in equipment failures and repair techniques ? 参与工厂控制系统的调试和维护。 ? Adjust instrument equipment and plant control system Loop-check and maintenance. ? 负责全厂能源的监控和安全设施的完善； ? Responsible for the plant energy monitoring and safety equipment improvement. ? 管理维修与工程的电气&仪表相关活动，确保其符合公司和地方法律的EHS标准 ? Manages the activities relating to the maintenance and engineering for all electrical & instrumentation equipment and ensure that these are done according to the EHS standards of the Company and to the local legislation. ? 支持MOC相关工作的完成； ? Perform, guide and support the implementation of the related task in MOC. ? 监视与分析仪电设备状态，更新技术文档，包括备件。 ? Monitoring and analyzing E&I equipment status and updating technical documentation, include spare part and material part. ? 在改建工程及工厂大修制定计划，对承包商安全、技术监督负责。 ? Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers, supervise the implementation for instrument equipment. ? 负责维修人员及设备操作人员的维修技能的培训； ? Equipment record set up and management. ? 完成部门经理安排的其他任务； ? Completed other task from MI manager 岗位要求： ? 自动化仪表／电气/机电类专业本科以上学历，熟悉仪表，PLC 或DCS自动控制系统； ? 无色盲，色弱。 ? 5年以上的相关工作经验, ? 熟悉电气布线、电气部件选型 ? 了解化工电气设备的维护、维修、保养 ? 熟悉电气新设备的考察、选型、请购和验收等工作 ? 熟悉仪表仪器的维护、保养和使用知识 ? 熟悉高、低压动力电和照明民用电 ? 要求持有低压电工证，有高压证尤佳。 ? 良好的沟通技巧和团对合作。 ? 英文良好，能熟练读写。 举报
