职位描述：
工作职责: Vehicle drivability calibration and validation; 整车驾驶性标定及验证； Vehicle functions calibration and validation, Cruise control, PTO, AC, ect.; 整车功能标定及验证，包括巡航，PTO，空调等； Road spectrum collection and fuel consumption improve plan creating; 路谱采集及油耗改进方案制定； Winter, summer and altitude calibration and validation; 整车高寒，高温和高原标定及验证； Vehicle related electric diagnostic and functional calibration and validation, OBD validation on vehicle; 整车相关的电器诊断及功能标定和验证，OBD在整车上的验证； Vehicle application test and durability support; 整车应用试验及耐久试验支持； Dataset release and management; 数据发放及管理； After sales support; 售后服务支持； Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders. 负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务。 任职能力要求： 专业知识： Familiar with major electrical control system like BOSCH system, Continental system ect.; 熟悉当前主流的电控系统，比如博世系统，大陆系统等； Familiar with Matlab/Simulink and helpful to improve work efficiency; 熟悉Matlab/Simulink软件并能帮助提高工作效率； Familiar with Calibration hardware ETAS and software INCA, other software is preferred; 熟悉标定工具硬件ETAS及软件INCA的使用，其他标定软硬件同样重要； Familiar with vehicle drivability, a B grade driving license is preferred; 熟悉整车驾驶性能；有驾照者优先； Have experience with Cruise control, PTO, AC, EB, CAN bus calibration, willing to travel regularly. 具有巡航，PTO，空调，排辅，电子风扇，CAN总线等的标定经验。接受经常出差。 教育背景与工作经验要求: Engineering education background with a bachelor’s degree or above; major on engine or vehicle; 工程教育背景，本科及以上学历，发动机或车辆专业； Over 5 years’ work experience and at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing. 5年以上工作经验，至少3年在制造企业。 Preferred 优先 At least 3 years’ work experience in auto industry, especially in diesel engine area. 3年以上汽车行业经验，柴油发动机行业优先。 举报
