职位描述：
1 安排货代去国外供应商提货，订舱，拿到提/运单，通知采购预计到货时间。 Arrange our forwarder to pick up and book space from the oversea supplier, Notice the purchaser the estimate arrival date, once receiving the B/L or HAWB from forwarder. 2 根据国外的预报，及时确认船期/航班是否会有延误，如有延误及时通知采购。 Making sure the arrival date is on schedule once receiving the arrival notice, let the purchaser know, if the shipping or freight schedule changed. 3 准备清关资料，根据货物的实际情况，挑选合适货代，保证货物在规定时间内送至仓库。 Prepare the customs declaring documents, choose the proper forwarder based on the good’s reality, Making sure our materials can be arrived at warehouse in a regulated time. 4 对于需要法检的原材料，根据商检局的要求进行厂检。 When the material is needed to be inspected before use, assist the CIQ to do the factory inspection. 5 定期整理进口税单，进行登记，给财务进行进口退税等工作。 Clear up the import tariff & VAT receipt, make a record, support to finance department and drawback. 6 根据每周的预计到货，预估每周所需要税金，向财务申请税金，保证每周进口付税的顺利。 Estimate the tariff every week, based on the reality, then apply for the tariff from finance department, so that our weekly import can be successfully. 7 根据商检局的要求，定期去检验检疫公司的进行端子、套管的3C备案，续签，增型号等工作，保证进口的顺利。 In order to meet the CIQ’s requirement, Make the 3C record, renew, adding the new model for Terminal、Tube regularly, ensuring the import success. 8 对于每票清关资料进行统计，归档等工作，以便必要时的查阅。 Clearing up the customs declaring documents, making a statistic, After the shipment arrived at our warehouse successfully, which will convenience to have check when it is necessary.. 9 催促货代及时将送货单送至公司，做好统计归档后，将原件提供给客服部门。 Push the inland forwarder provide the delivery note timely, make a statistic and clear up, then provide the original one for the customer service department. 10 处理一些如新进机器设备的HS归类，海关查验，紧急货物手提之类的突发事情，保证进出口的顺利。 Deal with some unexpected issues, such as the HS classify for new equipment, customs inspection, Hand Carry for some urgent materials. Make sure everything is under schedule. 11 对货代进行绩效考核，对不合格之处采取相关措施进行处理。 Make a performance evaluation for forwarder, take some measures when faced to some problems. 12 其他物流经理安排的工作。 Other works from Logistic manager. Requirements 1. 物流专业或国际贸易相关专业，大专及以上学历。 Majored in Logistic or international trade. Associate degree or above. 2.拥有相关进出口专业知识，熟悉生产型企业报关，报检等工作流程及海关商检的法律法规。参加过进出口收付汇核销培训的更佳。 Acquiring the professional knowledge related to import and export, be familiar with the customs clearance、inspection procedure at the manufacturing enterprise, and the law of customs and CIQ.
