职位描述：
Purpose / 目的： To lead the sourcing activities for material groups Machining and sheet metal parts and implement sourcing strategy. 主导机加工以及钣金类产品的采购工作，制定实行采购战略。 Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责： - Generate and implement sourcing strategy for responsible commodities or services; 制定并实施所负责物料和服务的采购战略; - Perform purchasing cost analysis and benchmarking for possible further optimization 分析采购成本并进行比较，提出优化方案 - Lead negotiation with local suppliers on behalf of EU Plants and serve as the contact window for purchasing in EU-plants and local suppliers 代表欧洲工厂与本土供应商进行谈判，担当工厂和供应商的紧密联系窗口； - Lead evaluation and optimization of existing supplier (cost reduction, delivery performance, etc) 主导对于现有供应商表现的评估与优化（价格调整，交货守时等等）； - Lead identification and build-up of new suppliers 主导新供应商的开发与培养； - Lead sourcing market analysis for related commodities or services - Identification and mitigation of risk in supply chain 发现并规避供应链中的风险； - Interact professionally with other colleagues within the group (GS China Team, central purchasing department, technical department, quality department) 与集团内部其他部门（国际采购部、技术部、质量部）进行专业的互动 - Report to supervisor regularly 定期向上司汇报工作进展； - Other jobs assigned by the supervisor 上司安排的其他工作。 Qualification / 要求: - Bachelor degree or above, preferred with technical background. 本科以上学历，技术专业优先; - Over 5 years of experience in the production of machining parts and (or) sheet metal parts, preferred in the field of machine tool industry. 对于机加工和（或）钣金的生产有5年以上经验，有机床行业经验的尤佳。 - Expert knowledge with the sourcing market in China for machining and sheet metal parts 对于中国的机加工和钣金采购市场了解透彻。 - Fluent English language skills both in oral and written; German language skills would be a plus. 流利的英语口语和书写能力，德语熟练者优先。 - Be familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 熟悉Excel，Word，PowerPoint，Outlook - Strong communication and presentation skills. 较强的沟通和表达能力 - Having strong analytical and negotiation skills. 具有较强的分析和谈判能力 - Self-responsible, tough, flexible, can work under pressure, team-work 自我负责，坚韧，灵活，能承受工作压力，团队合作 - Willingness to travel frequently 愿意经常出差 - Valid driver’s licence 有效驾驶执照 举报
