ABOUTYOURROLE职位描述DevelopandimplementTrainingandDevelopmentplanforthecompany,leademployeerelation/communicationprogramstodriveorganizationcapabilitydevelopmentandbuildemployeecommitment.YOURRESPONSIBILITIESWILLINCLUDE工作职责:-Driveforlearningculture,developandimplementtrainingprogramstoimproveemployee’sknowledge,skillandcompetency;-DriveforemployeeengagementbyeffectivelyLeadEmployeeRelationandCommunicationprograms;-Co-ordinateNewLDRprogramifneeded;-Todeveloptheannualtraining&developmentplanaswellasTrainingBudgetwhichalignedwiththebusinessstrategic-Rationalusageandmaximizetheeffectivenessofthetrainingbudgettomeetbusinessneeds.-Todevelopfollowupactionandtoolstoextendtheeffectivenessoftraining;-Continuouslyupdatethetrainingmaterialstoensuretheapplication;-Maintaintrainingrecordsandskill/competenciesofallemployees;-Managetheeffectivenessofthetrainingguidelineandprocedurewhiledevelopsthetrainingpolicyinlinewiththebusinessneeds;-Buildthenetworkcompany-widetocollecttheimmediatetrainingneeds;-Consultwiththedepartmentheadtobeupdatedthelatesttrendofstaffingfromwhichensuretheongoingtrainingimplementationinlinewiththechallengeofpersonalissueintheorganization;-Keepclosecontactwiththemembercompaniesofthetrainingnetworktoleadcompanytrainingpracticestandonthefrontlineofthesametrade;-Managetheuseofexternalconsultantscontractedtoprovidedevelopmentservices;-DriveforemployeeengagementbyeffectivelyLeadEmployeeEngagementandCommunicationprograms;-LeadEmployeeSurveyProgramifneeded;-Beresponsibleforotheradhoctasksassignedbydirectmanager.WHATWEWILLBELOOKINGFORINYOU职位要求:'-Bachelordegreeandcertifiedtrainerispreferred(DDIetc.);-Atleast7yearsexperienceinemployeetraining&development;-FamiliarwiththeManufacturingenvironment;-Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskill;-Excellentpresentationandfacilitationskills;-Independent,energeticandself-motivated;-Abilitytoeffectivelyinterfacewithpeopleatalllevels;-Abilitytolead,motivateandinfluenceothersinateam-basedorganization-Positivemindset;-Strongattentiontoaccuracyanddetail;-Capableproblemsolver;-Committedtocontinuousqualityimprovement;-Planningandcoordinationskills;-Peopleandcustomerorientation;-Languageskill.FluentverbalandwrittenEnglishandmandarinareneeded; 举报
