本职位为电子行业Responsibilities:1.PlanningandBudgetingDevelopandimplementdepartmentbudgetandplan;allocatedepartmenttargettodirectreports;andmonitorthebudgetachievementandoverallperformanceinordertoachievetargeteddepartmentperformance.2.PoliciesandProcedures(i)Developandupdatedepartmentworkingpolicies,proceduresandprocessesinordertoguideemployees'workandimprovedepartmentefficiency.(ii)ComplywithfactoryEHSpolicies,proceduresandprocessesinordertoalignwithgovernmentregulationandrequirementandcorporatepolicy.3.PeopleManagementandDevelopmentAllocateandbalanceworkacrossdirectreports;reviewandprovidetimelyperformancefeedbacktodirectreports;mentor,developandmotivatethem;andresolvepeople/functionalissuesinthedepartmentinordertoachievetargetedperformanceandretainkeytalent.4.Planning(i)Demandmanagementincludinganalysisofcustomerforecastandhistoricdataandmakeadjustment(ii)Controlthematerialsorderquantityandscheduleinordertobalancedemand,costandspaceavailability.(iii)Monitororderprocessandproductionplanning;andsetupandupdateannualplanning(includinginventorycontrol,STS,STR,bookingandbilling)inordertomeetoperationrequirements/needs.5.Logistics&WarehouseManagement(i)Initiateandmonitorlogisticandwarehousemanagementprogramimplementationandsolvekeylogisticandwarehousemanagementissuesinordertoimproveoperationefficiencyandavoidlegalrisks.(ii)FollowandactivelyparticipateEHSprogramsinordertocontributingtoasafeandhealthyworkingplace.6.Purchasing(i)Review,approveandreleasepurchaseordersformaterialordersbeyondacertainlimitinordertoensuretheaccuracyandtimelinessofpurchaseorders.(ii)ProvideinputtoprocurementDeptforsupplierauditsonaregularbasisinordertoimprovesuppliers'performance.(iii)ComplywithtermsandconditionsassetbyProcurementteam.Qualifications:◆Bachelor’sdegreeandabove,preferablecertifiedCPIMorCSCP◆Over10yearsofsupplychainormaterial&logisticsexperienceandminimum5yearsaremanageriallevelinmanufacturingenvironmentofmulti-nationalcompany.◆PreferablegoodknowledgeinSAP,advancedplanningtoolssuchasKinaxis.◆Provenachievementsofleanpractices.◆ProficiencyinEnglish,bothoralandwritten.◆Accountability,customerfocus,self-motivated,resultoriented,well-organized,goodcommunicationskills,systematicthinking. 举报
