职位描述：
工作职责:1. 客诉异常管理，客户现场确认不良责任属性（客我责），识别客户的要求，及时反馈异常信息到公司内部，同时实施客户端紧急对策，安抚客户，避免事态升级Customer complaint management, customer onsite confirmation for both defective part failure symptom and issue liability, to identify the customers requirements, exception information timely feedback to TIANMA company backend team, at the same time, to take immediate action in customer site for the emergency case in order to comfort customer and avoid any escalation.2. 根据客户的时效要求，推动公司内部改善，并实现客户异常闭环控制,保持与客户的良好合作关系According to customers requirements, to drive internal improvement and ensure closed-loop management for any quality cases so that achieve good cooperation / relationship maintenance with customers.3. 客户端RMA、报废管理，外部质量成本控制Co-work with customer for RMA (Return Material Authorized) management in front customer site, as well as product scrap disposition so as to strictly control external quality cost loss.4. 客户拜访、收集客户的相关信息，建立并维护良好客户关系，持续改进客户服务工作To pay customer regular visit, collect customer expectation information, establish and maintain good customer relationship, and continuously improve customer service efficiency5. 竞争对手信息收集、分析，为解决客诉异常以及后续新品设计质量提升改善提供参考依据Information collection and analysis of competitors for ease of supporting customer quality issue A24complaints and improving future design quality of new products in TIANMA.6. 负责第三方外协现场Sorting等管理，确保外协服务效能、客户满意度与天马利益最大化Responsible for the on-site management while third-party sorting or other supporting request, be sure of service efficiency from 3rd part company, also achieve customer final satisfaction and TIANMAs benefits maximization.任职资格:1. 本科以上，理工、营销或管理类专业Bachelor or above degree, major in science, technology, marketing or management2. 2年以上电子行业相关工作经验(包括客服\营销\技术\质量管理等)At least 2 years relevant working experience in the electronics or LCD industry (including customer service, marketing, technology, quality management, etc.)3. 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件，有很好的报告、数据分析能力Skilled in office tool, to have good presentation and data analysis capability4.越南当地人，会英文或者韩语，同时会中文者优先Native Vietnam, either English or Korean language is required, at the time, able to speak Chinese would be much better. 举报
