岗位职责: 1、草拟、修改、审查公司中英文合同、对外法律文件 2、支持处理公司运营中的法律事项 3、争议、诉讼、仲裁事务 4、法律风险管理，制度与流程管理 5、以上职责包括境内外公司业务 Key Responsibilities: 1.Draft, revise and review contracts and legal documents 2.Support the operation of the company to prevent legal risks 3.Disputes solving，litigation and arbitration 4.Legal risk management，and legal process management 5.The above responsibilities cover domestic and overseas affiliates任职要求：1、 全日制法学本科（或以上）教育背景，3年以上法律工作经历 2、 扎实的法律知识与思维，有法律职业资格证书优先 3、 英语六级以上，法律英语熟练，能担当涉外工作 Requirements & Qualifications: 1. BA degree or above of law，above 3 years legal work experience 2. Good legal knowledge and logic，the legal vocational qualification certificate is preferred 3. Able to communicate and work both in Chinese and English (oral and written) 举报
