职位描述：
岗位职责 1配合销售人员做售前产品技术讲解产品演示及技术要点答疑； 2为当地客户提供专业服务，处理在产品使用过程中出现的异常情况，排查问题并解决； 3收集并汇总客户需求售后技术反馈数据并及时反馈相关负责人，协助完善产品体系。 岗位职责 1Assist sales personnel in pre-sales product technical presentations, demonstrations, and answering technical queries; 2Provide professional services to local customers, handle abnormal situations in the product usage process, troubleshoot and solve problems; 3Collect and summarize customer requirements, after-sales technical feedback data and promptly feedback to the responsible persons to help improve the product system. 举报
