岗位概要： 设计经理负责管理设计师团队，确保设计项目按时、在预算内交付，且符合高质量标准。 核心岗位职责： 1.管理设计师团队，为成员的工作提供指导与反馈 2.协同跨职能团队制定设计策略，匹配项目目标与要求 3.具备系统思维能力，支撑公司战略决策的制定与落地 4.统筹设计概念、线框图及原型的产出工作 5.保障所有设计工作按时、在预算内完成，达到高质量标准 6.组织设计评审，向设计师输出建设性反馈 7.跟进行业前沿趋势，将新型设计方法与技术融入项目 8.维护与客户及相关方的良好关系，充分满足其需求与预期 任职资格与经验要求： 1.电气或机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历 2.10年以上相关岗位工作经验，深耕电机设计与制造领域优先 3.拥有5年以上设计师团队管理的成熟经验 4.深刻理解电机行业的发展脉络与技术迭代方向 5.具备扎实过硬的专业设计能力 6.能够指导下属开展工作，带领团队攻克相关技术难题 7.拥有出色的沟通表达与人际交往能力 8.可同时处理多项任务，统筹管理多个设计项目 9.熟练掌握Ansys、PDM、SolidWorks等专业设计软件 SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work. 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies that meet project goals and objectives. 3.System thinking ability. Support the company's strategic decisions and their implementation. 4.Oversee the creation of design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. 5.Ensure that all design work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards 6.Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to designers 7.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into projects 8.Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering. 2.10+ years of experience in a similar role. Especially in the field of motor design and manufacturing. 3.Proven 5+years for experience managing a team of designers. 4.Have a profound understanding of motor industry development and technological progress. 5.Strong design skills. 6.Can guide subordinates in their work and lead the team to solve related technical problems. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8.Able to multitask and manage multiple design projects simultaneously. 9.Proficient in design software such as Ansys, PDM, SolidWorks etc. 举报
