工作内容及主要职责 / Job description and responsibilities 任务 / Tasks o 为现有客户提供支持 / Providing support to existing customers o 招引新客户 / Attracting new customers o 处理客户需求 / Handling customer inquiries o 洽谈价格和缔结销售 / Negotiating prices and concluding sales o 准备复杂系统的报价时协助系统构型 / Assisting with system configurations when preparing offers for complex systems o 协调可行性研究 / Coordinating feasibility studies o 检查商业和技术报价的准确性 / Checking the commercial and technical correctness of quotations o 参与展会并在区域性和全国性的展会中提供支持 / Participating in trade fairs and providing support at regional and national events o 传达市场和客户的反馈意见 / Passing on feedback from the market and customers o 协助示范或出租设备的存储 / Assisting with storage of demonstration / rental equipment o 协助发出提醒 / Assisting with sending out reminders o 在销售管理咨询方面选择和培训经销商 / Selecting and training dealers in consultation with sales management 职位要求 / Requirements o 完整的技术培训：电气/器械工程，金属制造和商业研究 / Completed technical training: electrical engineering, metalworking and business studies o 对焊接流程有深厚的经验，例如：141，135，131 / Profound welding experience in welding process, e.g. 141, 135, 131. o 在金属加工行业(比如管路建设,钢结构工程,机械建造, 造船等) 有技术资格证书, / Technical qualification in a metalworking field such as pipeline construction, steel engineering, machine construction, shipbuilding, etc. o 具有相关焊接技术证书 / European Welding Specialist (EWS) (CH: SVS; US/MX/CAN: Welding Technology Associates Degree) o 有销售,沟通方面的技巧 / Sales/communication technology o 演讲技巧 / Presentation Skills o 电脑常识 / IT Skills o 驾驶执照 / Driving license 能力, 技术和品质 / Abilities, skills and qualities o 为客户服务的态度 / Customer-oriented attitude o 愿意接受进一步的培训/ Willing to undertake further training o 团队合作者, 愿意将知识传授给他人 / Team worker with willingness to impart knowledge to others o 出差意愿 / Willingness to travel o 工作灵活性(根据客户的需求安排工作时间和任务) / Flexibility (working hours and tasks arranged to suit customer requirements) o 成本控制意识 / Cost conscious 语言能力 / Language skills o 普通话流利/ Language of the country concerned, written and spoken o 会英语者佳/ English is of advantage 培训地点 / Training Location o 中国上海 / Shanghai, China 工作地区 / Employment region o 中国天津 / Tianjin, China 举报
