工作职责描述 Job Description: 1、Create and trace preventive maintenance plan, establish the equipment maintenance organism; 编制跟踪预防性维护计划，建立设备维护机制； 2、Regular maintenance of equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment; 定期进行设备的维护保养，保证设备正常运行； 3、Carry out equipment running inspection and spot check to make sure the equipment running well 进行设备的运行巡检、点检，确保设备运行状态良好； 4、Check and supervise the safety operation of the equipment in the workshop, and eliminate the safety accidents 检查并监督车间做好设备的安全运行，杜绝安全事故； 5、Check and supervise workshop to make good use of equipment and routine maintenance work to ensure compliance with specifications 检查并监督车间做好设备使用和日常维护保养工作，确保符合规范要求； 6、Handle unexpected equipment failures in production and ensure timely and effective handling 处理生产中的突发性设备故障，确保及时，有效的处理； 7、Apply for spare parts purchase and check the spare parts to ensure the normal operation of equipment 提出备品备件的采购申请，并验收备品备件，确保满足设备正常运行需求； 8、Timely completion of standard service reports; Set up equipment records (operation, maintenance, repair records and data) to ensure that it is comprehensive, accurate and effective; 及时完成对于设备的维修报告; 建立设备档案（运行、维护、保养、检修等记录与数据），确保全面、准确、有效； 9、Based on safety、 quality 、save energy、OEE etc. to continuous improvement 基于安全、质量、能耗、设备综合效率等做持续改进 10、In charge of new project carry out, and some reform project, control the quality, safety and deliver time. 负责新项目及改造项目的执行，控制质量、安全和交付时间 11、Responsible for coordination and management for maintenance team. 负责维修团队工作的协调和管理工作。 12、Dealing with the training, performance evaluation and career development for department employee. 负责部门员工的培训、绩效考核和职业发展。 Main responsibility主要职责： 1、Manage equipment’s maintenance; 设备维护； 2、Troubleshoot and find solutions to a variety of problems, with reproducing issues, 发现并解决设备故障； 4、Work with process team to solve field related problems; 和工艺团队合作，找出相关问题并提出解决方案； 5、Ensure proper care of parts, tools and test equipment and mange calibration and spare parts; 确保零部件/测试工具的完好无损，管理设备的标定以及备件； 6、Complete maintenance report timely. 按时完成维修报告。 Job requirement职位要求： 1、Bachelor Degree in mechatronics or machine manufacturing or above; 机电一体化或机械制造相关专业大学本科毕业或以上 2、No less than 5 years’ experience at maintenance; 五年年以上设备维护相关工作经验； 3、Good ability of plc control and electrical control 良好的PLC控制及电气控制能力 4、Good ability of communication, cooperation and team working; 良好的沟通与协作能力以及团队工作精神； 5、Good English writing and speaking, good at computer application, skilled in CAD. 英语口语及书写良好，良好的计算机应用能力，熟练使用CAD. 6、联系方式：谭女士15805199852李女士0555-5529520，18555805660，邮箱Qingqing.LQQ@avkac.com 注：请提供中文及英文简历。 举报
