Job Duty & Responsibility Overall responsibility over maintenance audits in the area The development of maintenance audits together with other areas Conducting maintenance audits at pulp and paper mills Analyzing customer’s operational and technical data and creating audit reports Interview customer’s mill management, production and maintenance management and other personnel when conducting maintenance audits Benchmarking customer mills as part of the audit Creating development plans for customers in order to improve their production line efficiencies and cost efficiencies Development of preventive maintenance processes Development of the service& product together with other areas Development of the templates for major and minor shuts Identifying new business potential for Valmet Marketing and selling maintenance audits and supporting in selling other services Job Requirement & Qualification M.Sc. or B.Sc in Engineering Good background would be mill, maintenance or production manager Wide understanding of mill operations, management and systems (KPIs, etc) 10+ years of experience in process industry 5+ years of experience in Maintenance 5+ years of experience in a Mill environment Theoretical knowledge of new maintenance methods Familiar with different maintenance strategies and development methods Mechanical and electrical working experience would be a plus Technical English 举报
