职位描述：
1. The purpose of this position is to meet the inverter inspection demand from various STS clients. 满足STS的各种客户对逆变器的检验需求。 2. In accordance with STS client’s requirement to achieve/enhance quality standard for the inverters which are manufactured by various suppliers. 按照STS客户的需求为不同的供应商实现或提高对于逆变器的质量标准。 3. Inspection activities need furnishing as per approved STS/ Client inspection test plan within the time frame. 在时间框架内，按照STS 或者客户的批准检验测试计划执行检验检测工作。 4. Developing internal quality to meet international standards for superior quality products and help inverter manufacturer to enrich internal quality standards. 为优化质量产品，开发内部质量管理以符合国际标准并帮助逆变器制造商丰富内部质量标准。 5. In order to achieve inverter inspection activities, training, and project execution in accordance with project planning 按照项目计划，实现逆变器检验工作、培训和项目执行。 6. Oversees the project and supervises the day-to-day activities of the team, making sure the workload is distributed equally among everyone. 负责项目和监督团队的日常活动,确保成员之间的工作负荷平均分配。 7. Responsible and accountable for overall team activities including preparation of the training material, training plan set up, project execution & training evaluation, individual team members’ evaluation; 负责整个团队的活动包括培训材料的准备,培训计划,项目执行和培训评估,个别团队成员的评估工作等。 8. Set internal targets, improve internal standards, and prepare laboratory requirement and various checklists. 设定内部目标,改善内部标准,准备实验室要求和各种清单等。 9. Issue clear instructions to team members, manage and listen to team members’ feedback. 根据问题明确指示团队成员，管理和倾听团队成员的反馈。 10. Monitor team members’ participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put to use and perform an evaluation of an individual person who attends training. 监督团队成员的参与,以确保成员正在接受的培训实际有效并执行绩效评估。 11. Manage a team, execute inspection activities by Proper utilization of team members in line with project planning. 通过合适的项目计划和合理安排团队成员，管理一个团队的执行检验活动。 任职资格Qualifications: 1. 本科及以上学历，英文听说读写流利； Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; 2. 具有3-5年以上逆变器工作经验，其中 1-2年管理的经验。具有项目管理，规划，和团队管理尤佳。 3-5 years’ experience in inverter inspection/manufacturing sector；1-2 years management working experience. Have project management, planning, team leader experience is a plus. 3. 创造性思维、强烈的责任感和积极的工作态度。 With creative thinking, strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude. 举报
