Job Responsibilities: - Push vendor for timely S/I submission and issue INV & B/L to vendor timely - Ensure the timely & accurate billing to customer for payment collection. - Prepare/check necessary shipping documents used for the order - Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note, ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time file closing - Be able to cooperate with OP to maintain a good relationship with customer/carrier/vendor to ensure the smooth shipment handling. - Send pre-alert to overseas office or agent. - Handle daily customer & overseas doc. Inquiry. Requirements/Qualifications: - College Degree or above - At least 1-2 year of ocean/air documentation experience in freight forwarding industry，excellent this year\'s graduates are preferrable. - Mandarin and English language proficiency - Computer literate - Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties 举报
