Job Title: Assistant Procurement REPORTS TO:Procurement Manager 1. SCOPE 1.1. The main purpose of Assistant Procurement is to support procurement activities in China. 1.2. Key Contacts And Working Relationships will be: Internal contacts will include but not be limited to: Head of Procurement Procurement Manager Engineering Support Quality Support Logistic Support Manufacturing Support External contacts will include but not be limited to: Suppliers (all departments) 2. RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES 2.1. Manage the common drive and maintain supplier information, RFQ plan, support the sub-contracting of the nominated suppliers in the Strategic Sourcing plan, in accordance with Shanghai YAR0 Elevator Equipment Manufacture CO,. Ltd procedures. 2.2. Preparation of the business case. Ensure commercial compliance in contractual issues 2.3. Prepare and send RFQ 2.4. Interface, liaise and coordinate with appropriate procurement and engineering resources. 2.5. Participate in both internal and external conference and take responsible for meet minute. 3. AUTHORITY Responsible for reporting the Strategic Sourcing performance, coordination of RFQ plan, and budget control. 4. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 4.1. Knowledge and Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Engineering or Management. Cost accounting Speak English. Basic level of reading and writing English 4.2. Interpersonal Skills: Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Presentation Skills, Communication skills. Organized, motivated and enthusiastic. 4.3. People Management Skills: Conflict Resolution. Team building. 4.4. Technical Skills: Knowledge and understating of contracts, value analysis and office management. 4.5. Computer / Software: Must have a sound knowledge and ability to use MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word and Power Point. 4.6. Experience: Graduating students are welcomed 举报
