A: Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责 - Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements; 执行在用梯服务（包括保养、修理、回召处理等），达到公司管理要求； - Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost; 持续提高劳动生产率，减少劳动成本； - Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs; 主动学习，努力提升自我带位技能，迎合公司的业务发展需求； - Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction; 收集和反馈客户的需求和期望，并积极响应，提高客户满意度； - Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required; 记录和填写服务情况报告，保存完整，满足公司要求； - Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR; 帮助申请与收回到期款项, 减少客户欠款； - Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards; 及时，准确的回报工时和回召，满足工时和回召上传标准； - Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor; 完成上级临时安排的其他任务； B: Qualification and Experience 资历与经验 - Familiar with Schindler products， at least one year experience in installation or maintenance. 熟悉公司产品，至少1年安装/保养方面的工作经验。 - High school or technical secondary school degree or above. 高中或职业中专学历。 举报
