职位描述：
主要工作职责： Main responsibilities --Establish TS16949 for the filtration plant with an external support from consulting firm； 在外部咨询公司的帮助下，为滤纸工厂建立TS16949标准体系； --Introduce and establishment of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma ； 引进并建立精益生产和6西格玛； --And establishment and maintenance of other quality and manufacturing systems in Binzhou plant； 在滨州工厂建立和维护其它质量管理体系； --KPI monitoring and evaluation； KPI的监测和评估； --Identify training need and train employees for solid pillar and team activities 通过员工培训需求，打造高效、合作的团队； --Coordinate surveillance audits of the systems in place 协调和监督系统平稳运行； --Train employees of the system tools such as CP, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA and continuous improvement； 对员工进行系统工具，如CP,PPAP,FMEA,APQP,MSA等以及持续改善的培训； --Establish the infrastructure for team support; meeting rooms, data collecting, analyzing and sharing, etc. 为团队活动提供支持，如会议预定，数据收集，数据分析及共享等； --Complete regular reports of progress of Continuous Improvement on the site； 日常持续改进工作的总结汇报； --Perform other related projects and duties as required by management 其它相关项目及管理工作。 任职资格： Qualifications --Bachelor’s degree of Science of Engineering is required； 具有科学工程学士学位； --Three to five years of experience in the ISO/TS certified manufacturing industry is required； 3-5年生产制造行业工作经验； --Good English communication in verbal and written form is required； 能够用英语进行书面及口头交流； --Experience and knowledge of system work such as QMS, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma and TPS is required; 熟悉QSM、精益生产、6西格玛和TPS，并具有相关工作经验； --Good computer skill such as MS-office and Statistics software is required; 能够熟练应用办公软件； 注：此职位工作地点为山东滨州 举报
