Main Responsibilities: 主要职责： · Development of the Solanum products(Tomato, Eggplant, Pepper) throughout China. · 负责茄果类产品（番茄，茄子，甜椒）在中国的产品开发。 · Follow the activity of Vilmorin and MKS in the Chinese market of the solanum crops. · 密切跟进威马和米可多协和在中国茄果类产品市场的业务。 · Collect, report and update market and competition information for the solanum crops to the Development Manager and maintain accurately the database. · 收集并及时更新茄果类产品的市场信息和竞争对手信息，向中国区产品开发经理汇报。定时维护数据库，确保其准确性。 · Propose and build trial plan to the Development Manager. · 制定试验计划，提供给产品开发经理。 · In close cooperation with the sales team, put in place and follow an experimentation plan with the regional distributors, and other partners. · 与销售团队密切合作，与当地经销商和其他合作人员共同实施试验计划并跟进。 · Evaluate new products, report trials evaluations, draw conclusions and propose solutions to the company management. · 对新品种表现进行评估，报告评估结果，给出结论，并提出品种改进建议，汇报给上级。 · Provide technical support locally to the sales team and the distributors · 为中国区销售团队和地方经销商提供专业的技术支持。 · Participate and contribute to communication and promotion actions (product launches, field days, brochures, expositions, seminars, advertisements, billboards, etc.). · 积极参与并协助产品推广和宣传活动（产品发布会，田间现场会，宣传册，展览会，研讨会，广告，广告牌制作等）。 Profile: 职位要求： Education: Agronomist or similar background 学历：农业专业或相关专业背景 Experience: minimum 5 years in seed development or sales, with very good knowledge of Solanum crops 经验：在种子行业有至少5 年的市场开发或销售经验，熟悉茄果类作物。 Fluent in Chinese.
