职位描述：
Location: Longkou Main responsibility: ? To build the strong maintenance team under instruction of corporation culture. ? In charge of all equipment and tooling setup, maintenance, safety and environment control related plans. ? To effectively manage the maintenance team to support Manufacturing in maintaining production accessories or tools to meet operational requirements. ? Generate machine and maintenance work instructions for facilities equipment and production tools. ? Responsible for setting up new equipment, fixtures and relay out of facility as and when necessary. ? Responsible for developing and implementing a preventive/predictive maintenance schedule. ? To ensure that accurate records of all assets are kept including drawings, compliance certificates, risk assessments and maintenance schedules. ? To ensure that a reliable source of spare parts in maintained in house and locally. ? Occasional night and/or weekend work will be required. Required competencies: ? Ability to communicate technical ideas and conclusions, good verbal and written communication skills, preferred in both English and Chinese; ? Excellent project management and execution skills to manage task implementation and establish priorities with multiple assignments; ? Ability to complete tasks and projects using a matrix organization and compliant with appropriate policies; ? Good troubleshooting skill to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to solid results; ? Production focused to have quick response and creative solutions; ? Creativity and technical capability to generate innovative ideas; ? Active, constructive, and teamwork to become a team leader; ? Advanced AUTOCAD and MS Office user. Ability to learn and use various company network applications ? Must have knowledge of Ahlstrom Information Security policies and is for his/her own part responsible for ensuring information security when handling information and maintaining or using information systems or information networks 举报
