Position Description: This Technical position is responsible for developing application solutions that leverage the Microsoft Technology stack, which includes .NET. The incumbent will report to a team lead in the IT Applications organization and will be involved in a wide range of challenging IT projects.  The incumbent will also be involved in the investigation of evolving Microsoft tools and technologies, participate in the development of IT’s overall application development strategy and will provide input to the use of these technologies within IT Applications. An ideal candidate would be someone with 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Technologies.   Position Responsibilities:  Develop application solutions for a wide variety of challenging IT projectsDetermine technical requirements of projects to ensure that client specifications are metWork closely with solution architects\\technical leads to develop new and existing solutionsWork closely with Infrastructure teams during implementation of solutionsParticipate in quality assurance aspects of projectsLearn new technologies and be a change agent to introduce technologies to the IT enablement teamsLeverage skills to develop proof-of-concepts for projects, and when needed utilize advanced programming techniques for complex situationsLearn, help design and implement cross business process solutionsFacilitate the exchange of technical knowledge across the Global IT technical communityCollaborate with strategic partners in solution development and enforcement of standardsProvide technical support for applications  Education/Experience:  A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering or Science) 7+ years’ experience working with information technology 5+ years’ hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft technologies is requiredknowledge of IT system development, IT infrastructure and business processesknowledge of software development tools, technologies and methodologies Support goals of sameness, simplicity, scale and speedGood communication, leadership and teamwork skills are required, including the ability to work independently. Inquisitive  -  like to learn new information technologies and how to apply them to meet the needs of Air ProductsKnowledge and experience in applying object-oriented design and implementation.Knowledge and experience with project methodologies, e.g. ALM or Agile.Ability to apply frameworks, standards and patterns (e.g. MVC).Ability to manage multiple project priorities and competing demands.Development experience with Microsoft’s .NET Framework and Visual Studio IDE, using C# as the development language. General experience with XML and schemas (DTD, XSD); XML programming.General experience with relational database technologies and programming, e.g. SQL Server.Experience with BizTalk 2006\\2010 or SharePoint 2010\\2013 a plus.Experience with native mobile development a plus. 举报
