职位描述:
岗位职责:The customer service representative (CSR) is the primary customer interface for order management, complaints and inquiries and can support one or more businesses within the Materials Technologies Division. The CSR is expected to focus on meeting and exceeding the Customer’s product and service requirements, resulting in customer satisfaction while delivering value to the Business(es). The CSR will interface with a wide range of internal and external departments to coordinate activities, obtain information, and resolve issues resulting in flawless execution of sales orders. The CSR is responsible for working within global/regional/business processes and for compliance to guidelines provided by the Customer Service Organization. A CSR reports to a regional Customer Service Supervisor. Qualifications: High School education diploma, general education degree or equivalent – some college studies preferred Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, good organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), and strong focus on data qualityAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environmentMinimum of 2-3 years of customer service related experienceCustomer service experience in the chemical industry desired 任职要求: 举报
