Distribution Supervisor,Pengzhou运输主管，彭州 岗位职责： Work with Scheduling/Coordinator and report to distribution manager to ensure that departmental goal and required training programs are executed by AP and Contractor staff. To ensure that distribution service quality consistently conforms to both customer expectations and the requirements of company strategies. To support distribution manager to initiate on continuing improvement, productivity measures that will minimize cost, maximize efficiency and maintain/improve service level. To take responsibility to ensure to delivery required standards products by correct procedures. To be team leader to maintain excellent employee relations, ensuring that adequate staff development is achieved. To ensure good communications/co-operation skill with customer, sales, plant, engineering, finance and other cross function team. 任职要求： Job Incumbent is expected to have at least 2 years working experience in related field, cryogenic experience desirable. BS degree minimum. Diploma in same as minimum. Job Incumbent is expected to have knowledge of budget and finance and ISO9000. Skillful in computer to record and analysis all distribution information. Good oral English desirable but ability to read is mandatory. Job Incumbent is expected to have the ability to manage operation cost and to motive subordinates to achieve team goal. 举报
