职位描述：
Main responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site; 2.Responsible for on-site inspection/audit to ensure suppliers conformity with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) ; 3.Develops process improvement plans using a variety of Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering studies, DOE, Gauge R&R, etc; 4.Provide validation support by applying manufacturing quality tools including, but not limited to: FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ, control plans, process verification/validation plans, CPK, CP, SPC, DOE, process data analysis, and DMAIC; 5.Lead and/or participate in complaint investigations, failure analysis of returned products, and issues resulting in a stop ship/stop production; document findings, provide reports and analysis and document health risk assessment; 6.Compile and institute quality metrics to recommend and implement corrective actions and appropriate follow-up, when necessary. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent technical Degree; More than 4 years’ working experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance Management; 2.Demonstrated understanding or aptitude to understand ISO quality management system requirements and regulatory requirements; 3.Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tools: (As defined by the local site, e.g. DMIAC, SPC, Lean SS, 5S,); 4.Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies & in-depth understanding of site level products & related processes; 5.Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around concepts of design controls, design verification and validation activities; production &process controls; Corrective Action & improvement, complaints & risk management; & product quality improvement; 6.Good written and oral English. 举报
