Responsibilities:Collaborate with key stakeholders and drive the digital transformation of HR documentation from legacy paper-based to paperless modelMaintain data integrity ensuring absolute accuracy of all People Operations applications (Kudos, EVERFI)Take Lead on HR Operations projects including, but not limited to, audits, systems implementation, program rollouts, etc.Support Learning and Development with e- learning/training/internal sharing/salon administration, data maintenance and updates – such as EVERFI, and other LMS as neededAssist HR and Key stakeholders with all requests including but not limited to audit, and complianceReview HRIS processes and recommend improvementsPrepare reports as needed for HRBP, Key stakeholders, and management teamLead and manager HR projects and processes as needed to update project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress Manage Pan requests related to HREngage with HR Ops program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners to ensure all changes, updates, and impacts to how the company is addressing and are aligned with HR Business Processes Qualifications:Experience with Workday / Workday ReportingStrong Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis in ExcelKnowledge of HR processes, learning & growth, and HR operations to ensure behavior/processes are in alignment with company standards for Privacy and ComplianceExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageAbility to handle multiple and diverse objectives in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail with creative problem-solving skills 举报
