职位描述：
岗位职责：1. 负责按时保质保量地完成生产任务，包括制定生产计划、人员培训和调度、生产现场管理、物流管理等。Guarantee production carry out smoothly, including production plan, personnel training and shift arrangement, strong on-site management and logistics management.2. 负责制定生产工艺和流程，设备参数设置。Identify and set up operation process, equipment data.3. 加工零件的挂具设计和日常维护和管理。Rack design and maintenance.4. 负责样品开发的跟踪与管理。Lead in sample development and its follow up.5. 参与公司营运策略（包括预算、KPI、EHS、5S 等）和管理制度的制定并贯彻执行。Involve in company operation strategy (budget, KPI, EHS and 5S etc.) making and other management policy making and its implementation.6. 运用精益化管理理念，优化资源配置，推进持续改善（CIP），合理控制生产技术成本。 Beware of lean management sense and CIP and take most use of resources to achieve cost well controlled.7. 协调本部门与其他部门的工作。Coordinate between production, technology and other department.岗位要求：1. 具备 8~10 年以上现场管理经验，年龄不超过 45 岁。With more than 8~10-year on-site management experience, age under 45 years old.2. 擅长生产计划、人员培训和管理，汽车行业、表面处理或电镀行业经验优先。Excellence in production plan, staff training and highly utilization of production equipment and its related facility. Automotive, surface treatment or plating industry preferred.3. 熟悉并运用 ERP 等相关生产管理系统。Familiar and be good at operating with production management system such as ERP.4. 熟悉 ISO/IATF16949 等相关质量运行体系。Familiar with quality management system such as ISO/IATF16949.5. 良好的团队管控、沟通、组织和协调能力。较强的 EHS 的意识并在日常工作中贯彻执行。Good team management sense, excellent in communication, organization and coordination. Strong EHS awareness and make it into implementation.6. 中文和英语双语交流。Speak both in English and Chinese. 举报
