ResponsibilitiesOverall management of the production department; self-motivating and motivating all the other staff in productionOrganizing and planning for workshop including machinery, personal and flow-charts.Oversee the production schedule for the in-house-production in relation to the confirmed shipping dateWorking together with Engineering Department to improve the productivity by optimizing tools, programs, processes and layout.Co-operating with the QC department in order to analyze failure/scrap and improve the scrape rate and, ensuring the operators in production department to fulfill quality policies.Maintaining the machinery and facilities, ensuring the facilities, machines and tools are in good working conditions by effective daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance plansIn co-operation with the HR department, prepare the training and career developing plans for all employees in the workshop.Conduct periodical interview and performance appraisal, and - based on performance, evaluate salaries/wages for all the employees.Full responsible for the Safety, Environment and Health issues for all the employees in Production DepartmentOther activities and responsibilities assigned by the managerRequirements and QualificationsHold a Bachelor degree in Production Management, Process or Mechanical EngineeringMin. 6-8 years’ experience from a similar position, preferably from an international companySolid knowledge on sheet metal processing and TIG/MIG weldingSubstantial competences in motivating, involving and team managementAn hands-on, operations- and development-oriented approach As a person you are proactive, self-driven, energetic, ambitious and result-orientedEnglish on negotiation level Detailed knowledge in LEAN processesInsight and understanding for processes and data discipline in SAP - our ERP system如有兴趣，可直接联系：stephy_luo@talentviewprc.com 举报
