Sales and NBD Manager - 无锡Roles & Responsibilities/任务和职责：? Lead development and execution of NBD plans for East China Electronics with focusin Robots, Drones, Smart Home and EMS/ODM segments? Work collaboratively with departments including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales,Operations & Engineering to accomplish sales objectives? Provide recommendations to management regarding new opportunities including newproducts and services for identified NBD targets? Identify and build strong relationships with target/ strategic customers to supportbusiness growth? Collaborate with key/ target/ strategic customers to organize technical seminars/conferences and presentations to support market growth effort? Negotiate with NBD target customers on contracts, pricing and issues? Monitor competitor offering including products, sales, business model and marketingactivities? Reviews and analyzes NBD and EMS/ODM sales performances against AnnualOperating Plan (AOP) and forecasts to determine effectiveness and need forimprovement? Work closely with the plants to ensure quality of products and on-time delivery? Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business opportunity? Completion of various sales reports and other duties as requiredPERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述：? Minimum a college degree in Engineering discipline, preferably in MechanicalEngineering? Minimum 8 years of working experience in Robots/ Drones/ Smart Home /electronics (component level) sales field, with familiarity in metals or fasteners? Proven track record in new business development with strong value-sell ability? Existing strong customer relationship with key electronics customers (Drone,robotics), both foreign and local relationships are welcomed? Experience working with foreign multinational companies and serve global and localcustomers such as Apple, Xiaomi, Pegatron, Inventec, ICT, AAC is preferable? A team player, able to work with both sales and manufacturing plant personnels,independent, with a strong sense of urgency and could travel frequently?
