Summary:Manageassignedcategory,supplychainandproductdevelopmentobjectives.Responsibilities:Manageallaspectsofdevelopmentofproductsfromdesignspecificationtolaunchwithintime,qualityandbudgetaryconstraints;Follow-uponpurchaseorders,developmentofsamples,shipments,qualityassurance;Analyzepurchaseorderstakingintoconsiderationlead-timeandsupplyconstraints;MonitorandcommunicateprogressofdesignprojectsusingUmbraProjectTrackersystemtoensureproductisreleasedinatimelymannertomeetrequireddeliverydates;Responsibleforproductcostnegotiatingandbuyingpriceensuringtomeetprofitmargin;Evaluatevendorsquotetoensurethereasonablecostingissetupfornewproducts;Coordinatewithdesigner,graphics,QCandvendorindifferentdevelopmentstagestoexecutethedesign,packingandquality.Communicatewithvendorsasrequiredtodevelopdesignsforquotingandproduction;Suggestandfinalizeproductdetails,material,andconstructiontoachievetargetprice.AttendweeklyprojectoverviewmeetingwithProductDevelopmentAssociate;Managevendorperformance;SignYellowlabelsamplespriortoproduction;SignGreenlabelsamplesfromcompletedproduction;Maintaincommunicationwithinternaldepartments,includingmerchandising,sales,customerservice,logistics,qualitycontrol,andproduction;Sourcing,prospectandmaintainalternativesupplysources;VisitfactoriestoviewworkinprocessandoverseefinalQCinspectionsandshipment;Managereworkandstockconversionactivities;Otherjobdutiesasassigned.Requirements:Universitydegreeorequivalent;Minimum3yearsworkingexperienceinmanagingproductdevelopment/supplyactivities;ExperiencewithMRPsystems,MSOffice,andOutlook;GoodcommandoforalandwrittenEnglishcommunicationandliteracy;Mustbeextremelywellorganizedandworkwellunderpressureandbeastrongproblemsolver;Self-motivatedwithgoodinitiativeCworkwellwithminimalsupervision;Experiencemeetingmultipledeadlines-mustbecomfortablemultitasking;Strongteamplayerwithdemonstratedabilitytomotivateothers;Mustbeflexibleandabletoadapttonewsituations. 举报
