PERSONALSPECIFICATIONS:Integrity,honest,strongsenseofresponsibility,outgoing&spiritofdedication.Bachelororabove,mechanicalrelatedmajororengineeringmajor.Atleast5yearssalesexperienceinnewenergybatteryindustry,familiarwithfastenerisplusProventrackrecordinnewbusinessdevelopmentwithstrongvalue-sellability..Existingstrongcustomerrelationshipwithnewenergybatterycustomers.Goodcommunicationandcoordinationability,willingtoteamwork..Independentworkingability,canworkunderpressure,willingtoovertimeanddomesticbusinesstripifnecessary.MSofficeskill.WrittenEnglishisnecessary.DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:Leaddevelopmentandexecutionofcompany'splanswithfocusinnewenergybatterysegment.WorkcollaborativelywithdepartmentsincludingFinance,Legal,Marketing,Sales,Operations&Engineeringtoaccomplishsalesobjectives.Providerecommendationstomanagementregardingnewopportunitiesincludingnewproductsandservicesforidentifiedcompany'stargets.Identifyandbuildstrongrelationshipswithtarget/strategiccustomerstosupportbusinessgrowth.Collaboratewithkey/target/strategiccustomerstoorganizetechnicalseminars/conferencesandpresentationstosupportmarketgrowtheffort.Negotiatewithcompany'stargetcustomersoncontracts,pricingandissues.Monitorcompetitorofferingincludingproducts,sales,businessmodelandmarketingactivities.Reviewsandanalyzescompany'sandEMS/ODMsalesperformancesagainstAnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)andforecaststodetermineeffectivenessandneedforimprovement.Workcloselywiththeplantstoensurequalityofproductsandon-timedelivery.Maintainrelationshipwithexistingcustomersanddevelopnewbusinessopportunity.Completionofvarioussalesreportsandotherdutiesasrequired. 举报
