QualityManagementSystemMaintainandupgrade,asneededaqualitymanagementsystemtomanageproductqualityinaccordancewiththecompanyqualityrequirements,inawaywhichensurescontinuousimprovementagainstQualityKPIs(e.g.Goodmanufacturingpractice(GMP),Consumer,tradeorcustomercomplaints.Additionally,manageKosher,Halal,Organicandothercustomerspecificrequirements.LegalandCorporateRequirementsEnsureFoodSafetyofallmanufacturedproductsbyimplementingtherelevantqualityandlegalrequirements(e.g.HACCP)andbycontinuousverificationofthecomplianceandeffectivenessofinstalledsystems.Actasafoodsafetyteamleaderoftheplants.Bethemaincontactforfoodsafetyrelatedcommunicationforbothinternalandexternal.QualityAssuranceAssureQualityAssuranceinaccordancewithQualityrequirements,ISOstandards,HACCPsystem,relevantlegalrequirementsandinternaldocuments(e.g.specifications)andbycontinuousimprovementofQualityincollaborationwithproduction.Takeresponsibilityofongoingfoodsafetyandqualitymanagementreviewwiththeplantmanagementteams.PeopleManagementCrossFunctionalActivitiesMusthave:Min5yearsworkinginafactoryoperationsexperienceinthedairyindustry.StrongdriveforresultsDeepknowledgeFoodSafetysystems:HACCPandmanagingoffoodsafetyrisks.Capableofreadingandunderstandingtechnical/legaldocumentsandapplyingtheirstandardstofoodsafety.Experiencedleadsupplierauditor.Abilitytoplan,set&manageownworkalignedwithexpectationsandneeds.Directindividualsindrivingchange.Abletodealwithmultiplestakeholders’requirementsandprioritize.Abletobeabletomakecriticalsafetydecisionsbaseduponanalysis,wisdom,experienceandjudgement,oftenwithambiguousorincompleteinformation.Tobetrustedadvisor,truthful.Mayneedtoandchampionunpopularstandardsandsystems.Knowswheretogetspecialisthelp,adviceandsupportwithinandoutsidetheorganization. 举报
