Responsibility:◆Coordinateorderfulfillmentprocess◆Coordinateproductdeliveryandinventoryplanning◆Plandeliveryofdomestictransportsandmanagetransportinvoices◆Continuouslymonitorrisksinsupplychainandpro-activelymitigatethoserisks◆Administertrialandsampleorders◆Administerclaims◆Monitoraccountsreceivables◆Planandexecutecustomereventsandexhibitions◆Internal&ExternalCommunicationProvideexcellentcustomerserviceandcommunicationtocustomersinwriting,onthephoneandinperson.Workcollaborativelyandincooperationwithaglobalinternalteam(SalesManagers(s),CustomerServiceCenteratHQ,andcolleagueswithinoperations,salesandlogistics)toensurethatordersareprocessed,deliveredandreceivedbythecustomerandthatinvoicingandpaymentsaremadeinalignmentwithestablishedprocesses.Contributetokeepingcustomersandinternallyinformedofproductanddeliveryrelatedissuesthatmayariseduringthelifetimeofanorder(i.e.managingdelays,claims,trialorderfollow-up,paymentreminders,etc.)AssistDirector,SalesManager(s)andBusinessDevelopmentManager(s)withdaytodayactivities.DemonstratecompanycorevaluesofThinkNew,Cooperate,FeelResponsibilityandCreateValueatalltimes.Requirements:◆Bachelor’sorMasterdegreeorequivalentworkexperience◆Minimum3yearsleadershipexperienceincustomerservice,logistics,orsupplychainmanagement◆Outstandingcustomerserviceskills,structureandpatience◆Provenresilience(i.e.abilitytobetold“no”multipletimesandtorecoverquickly)◆Demonstratedabilitytotakeinitiativetopreventproblemsfromoccurring◆Abilitytomanagemultiplecompetingdeadlineswithaccuracybyestablisheddeadlines◆Demonstratedabilitytoworkeffectivelyinamulti-cultural,internationalenvironment◆Energeticandhastheabilitytospreadenergywithinthegroup,aimingtoalwaysimprovehis/herownandtheperformanceoftheteam◆Worksactivelywithcontinuousimprovement,toidentifyandeliminatewasteactivities,standardizeandsimplifytaskswhenpossible◆Proactiveinhis/herwayofworking,whoisusedtofollowupandcanlead/coachtheteamtodevelopamoreproactivewayofworking◆Hasgreatstructureinhis/herwayofworking,forexampleinhandlingcustomersandplanningbackupwithcolleaguestomakesuretheserviceismaintainedduringvacation.◆Someonewhowillembracenewwaysofworkingandpushforamorestructedwayofworkingwiththeteam.◆Monitorworkloadinteam,bothbyclosecontactwithteam-membersandbypullingoutstatisticstoanalyze.◆FluentinEnglish 举报
