职位描述：
1. 负责轨道交通车辆（包括大铁、地铁、单轨、有轨电车、中低速磁浮、APM等制式）整车及部件的认证工作；Responsible for the certification of complete vehicle and parts of rail transit vehicles (including railway, metro, monorail, tram, maglev, APM and etc.);2. 根据国际标准及法律法规，进行车辆RAMS的咨询及评估；Consulting and assessment RAMS of vehicles according to international standards and regulations;3. 制定车辆RAMS评估计划和评估方案；To develop RAMS assessment plan and program;4. 根据车辆RAM设计，建立、管理、评估RAMS需求、交付物和追溯性；To create, manage and assess RAMS requirements, deliverables and traceability, assess RAM in design;5. 根据TSI标准，审查车辆设计的标准符合性；To audit the standards compliance of vehicle design according to TSI specifications;6.负责RAMS及国际标准符合性相关的咨询和培训活动 Responsible for RAMS and international standards compliance related consulting and training任职条件：1. RAMS或车辆, 电子，机械，自动化等相关专业本科以上学历；Bachelor degree or above, majoring in RAMS or Rolling Stock;2. 具有至少8年及以上的车辆设计工作经验；At least 8 years’ experience in vehicle design;3. 具有至少5年及以上的整车或者关键系统RAMS经验 （牵引系统，制动系统或者TCMS等）；At least 5 years of RAMS experience in complete vehicle or key parts (traction, braking or TCMS);4. 熟悉安全评估流程或者具备TSI审核经验；Familiar with safety assessment process, or with TSI assessment experience;5. 具有良好的沟通能力；具备良好的英语听说读写能力；Good communication skills; Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;6. 有评估机构经验者优先；车辆电气控制方向优先； Assessment experience is preferred; Vehicle electrical control is preferred 举报
