Fluent EnglishLocation: Beijing or ShanghaiWe are looking for people with experience with Life sciences product knowledge (preferably InForm or other EDC systems) with programing background or consulting background who are willing to do training, mentoring and manage integrations delivery for Chinese customers and other global customers. They need to be fluent in English as well as Chinese with a very good communication skills, self-driven, independent, willing to work remotely and work with global teams.Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer requirements. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Ability to travel as required.Specific tasks include:Lead integrations/trial projects in a particular technical stream in all phases of project (Scope, DEV, QA, UAT and Live)Solutions implementation and validationBe able to design and develop clinical trialsEngage with customers and global teams to deliver consulting engagementsContribute to Design and architecture of solutions for applications and/or application interfacesDevelopment and delivery of Training on Oracle’s productsContributing to internal process improvement initiativesFostering consulting best practicesFollowing and suggesting global best practices and processes in various phases of SDLCProject scoping and coordination activitiesProviding Technical mentorshipCreate a knowledge base for product/integrations specific issues, customer specific issues and educate team for remedial actionsSenior Consultant will be measures on their ability to provide technical guidance on internal and external projects, to meet customer satisfaction/goals, and successful delivery of product related services. They will also be measured on their ability to provide technical mentorship to other consultants and their contribution towards making operational improvements in the department.Education, Experience and Skills Required:Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in consulting roleComputer science or equivalent degreeExperience with Life Sciences applications C InForm, Central Desginer, Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, etcTechnical skillsoOracle database 11, Linux, web services, .NET 2.x, C#, PERL/Ruby ScriptingoExperience with Java and Core J2EE will be an advantage.Ability to tactfully collaborate with team members to achieve overall project objectivesStrong understanding of SDLC and various methodologies (Waterfall, SPRINT, etc…)Demonstrated technical leadership experienceAbility to communicate and articulate problems and understanding & ensure team’s understandingExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood Influencing and Negotiation skillsConsulting Engagement and Delivery 举报
