Fulfill internal and external operation requirements accurately and timely. Assist Line Manager to handle regulatory requirements 2. Keep high level of service standard for internal and external customers 3. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring 4. Take up backup tasks for other operations roles as assigned by line manager when necessary and work with team spirit 5. Regulatory Statistics Management (RSM) Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 1-2 years working experience in banking operations is preferable 2. Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin 3. Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure and have a ability to solve problem with efficiency 4. Meticulous to details 5. Understanding of local rules and regulations 6.
