In this role, you will: To assist the Branch Manager in handling external relations, implementing network rollout plan, coordinating advertising and promotion activities, and other ad hoc projects of the branch. To discharge daily secretarial & administrative responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager. Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: Sufficient general and commercial banking experience; Good understanding of external regulation and internal procedure/guideline; A strong service and customer-oriented mindset; detailed oriented and high sense of responsibility; Proficiency in English and Putonghua. Good with MS Office and PPT Strong organizational and analytical skills; with the ability to prioritize workload Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines Self-motivation and able to work with good level of independency.
