Development of electronic PCBAs for new products including schematic design, simulation, layout and test.● Definition and execution of test plans to validate PCBA hardware design and product functionality● Prototype manufacturing using local suppliers and in house reworking.● EMC measurement, test and resolution● Analysing data and writing of Technical Reports in English language.● Collaborate with R&D project teams and / or external suppliers to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate appropriate corrective action.● Requirements analysis and design review.● Preparing and presenting information, ideas and data.● Production and quality support (e.g. analysis of issues and implementing corrective action internally with suppliers to prevent reoccurrence).● Support feasibility for new programs, features and / or cost down opportunities.● Laboratory test equipment commissioning and use.● Global travel to brand HQs, suppliers and other external providers as necessary. ● Works closely with the R&D project teams to architect and develop the best technical solution and approach● Work with Purchasing, Quality and project team to control the product and project delivery on time.Qualifications● Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.● At least 5 years of experience in PCBA design of household appliances● Good technology on Heating product for small appliance● Good technology on PCBA process and SMT manufacture process.Essential skills and experience● Fluent communication, written and verbal in English.● At least 5 years of experience in PCBA design of household appliances● Advanced experience in the use of design software Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.● Knowledge and experience of hardware related task in serial protocol, General purpose IO, ADCs, DACs, timers, interrupts, PWM, LCD displays, I2C, SPI, memory management, FLASH.● Design for EMC, test and debug to achieve EMC compliance● Experience in working collaboratively with international development teams● Experience of PCBA manufacture, production test equipment, prototyping and mass production.● PCBA rework capability ● Knowledge and experience of Electric Motor control. ● Product development process from concept to production● Design for manufacture and production test experience.● Ability to accurately plan own work and meet deadlines● Manage the activity of suppliers for manufacturing of PCBADesirable skills and experience● Appreciation of relevant product safety standards.● Programming in embedded C coding language is prefer 举报
