职位描述：
岗位职责： 1、Complete Department operation plan, monitor department operation affairs, and drive department objectives and performance to be achieved; 完成部门运营规划，监控部门运营情况，推动部门目标及业绩达成； 2、Focus on department process design and optimization; 专注于部门流程设计与优化; -？Assist Department to establish process excellence framework and tools, and implement them in daily process management; 协助部门搭建流程优化的框架和方法并在日常管理中落实； -Guide and assist Department to standardize process management and initiate process identification, review & revision; 指导并协助部门标准化流程管理，发起关键流程界定、梳理、回顾及修订； -Build up process evaluation system, monitor and evaluate process performance on a regular basis, provide review report with improvement suggestions; 建立流程评估体系，监控并评估流程，出具评估报告，提出改进建议。 3、Drive company digital transformation, understand department business needs, identify opportunities and risk points, form department digital construction plan, cooperate with the IT department to complete Department\\\'s digital platform construction: 推动公司数字化转型, 理解部门业务需求，识别机会和风险点，形成数字化建设方案,与IT部门协作，完成部门数字化平台搭建： -Dept. Digital system plan, design & Deployment 负责部门数字化系统的计划、设计及部署 -Dept. Dashboard & Commend center Design & Optimization 负责部门数字化看板及业务指挥中心的设计与优化 4、Work with DDP to define, set up &evaluate Dept. KPI&Metrics 与部门人力资源业务伙伴协作，完成部门关键业绩指标的定义、设置和评估； 5、Conduct CGRM, complete department authorization& authority level set up. 践行公司合规管理，完成部门审批授权设置与更新； 任职资格： 1、Bachelor degree or above, MBA or master degree preferred; 本科及以上，MBA及硕士优先； 2、More than 5 years of operation, process and project management experience; 5年以上运营、流程及项目管理经验； 3、Good at process design, excellent project planning and execution ability; 善于流程设计，具备出色的项目规划和执行能力； 4、Advanced communication and coordination skills, quick learning skills and the ability of working under pressure are essential; 具备良好的沟通协调能力，快速学习能力和抗压能力 5、Good in enforcement, clear logic, critical thinking and innovation; 良好的执行力，逻辑清晰，具有批判性思维和创新意识； 6、Strong presentation and analytical skills; 较强的演讲汇报和分析技能； 7、Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 卓越的英语听，说，读，写能力； 8、Management position in large-scale enterprises (more than 500 people) or overseas study experience preferred. 有大型企业（500人以上）管理岗位工作或海外留学工作背景优先考虑。 举报
