职位描述：
Responsibilities: 1 Lead Group technical related business to achieve strategic target, Grow and manage spare parts, equipment and engineering services in RMS group 2 Optimize and systemize the operational process, enhance core competence of spare parts, equipment and engineering service with innovation in technology, management, operation and digitalization, ensure the stability of operation and delivery good result to customers 3 Set up standard in supply chain management and quality management for marine spare parts/engineering projects in RMS group; consolidate international resource to increase efficiency and value to customers 4 Train and develop people in technical team, grow and build up a strong team Requirements: 1、Full-time bachelor’s degree and above; 2. Solid experience and professional technical knowledge in Marine/Shipping industry (including ship spare parts and equipment, spare parts for diesel engine and engineering service) 3 Familiar with global ship equipment manufacturer resources, proficient in supply chain management and resource coordination; 4、Excellent management skills in operation, Strong leadership in develop people and team 5. Proficient in listening, oral and written English, with experience in business development and Global mind set 举报
