Key Responsibilities: Legal Support: o Assist in translating and reviewing simple legal agreements.o Provide legal support for specific projects, including platform development, investment, and banking financing. Compliance Support:o Support cross-border data transmission compliance efforts.o Contribute to enhancing internal policies and processes, such as anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems and suspicious transaction reporting guidelines.
Requirements: Educational Background:o Strong academic credentials in law from a reputable institution preferred.o Background in both Chinese law and Hong Kong law is advantageous.o Holding PRC/HK Bar qualifications or other relevant certifications is a plus. Experience & Knowledge:o Prior internship or work experience in a law firm is preferred.o Familiarity with Chinese law and compliance regulations in the Hong Kong securities industry is a strong advantage. Language Proficiency:o Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
