总体介绍
负责福特汽车金融(中国)有限公司收到的分期融资贷款申请的信贷审查工作,并执行相关综合事务。
主要职责
● 在有效和可控的环境下,且在公司承诺的时效里完成对分期融资贷款申请的信用评估, 并确保维持和遵循福特汽车金融(中国)有限公司关于分期融资贷款合约处理的指导方针和政策。 ● 及时且礼貌地回复客户,提供经销商和客户专业的服务。与经销商保持良好的专业联系,提高客户忠诚度。 ● 及时跟进管理待处理申请件。 ● 协助准备并及时更新作业流程与操作手册。 ● 同其它部门紧密合作,及时沟通业务系统出现的问题。 ● 准确有效处理分期融资业务系统中的数据,确保数据质量真实性和完整性。 ● 保持良好的文档管理,妥善维护和保管经销商以及客户信息,确保信息安全。 ● 完成分期融资业务部门主管和管理层委派的其它相关工作。
General Summary Statement
This
role will be responsible for the credit underwriting of all retail
finance applications and general administration of all associated
activities.
Key Duties
● Perform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit
applications received, ensuring that they follow FAFC purchasing
guidelines and policies while maintaining FAFC's published turnaround
times (i.e. They are being actioned in an efficient and controlled
environment). ● Prompt and courteous responses are provided to our customers and a
strong, loyal and professional relation is established and maintained
with all dealers and customers. ● Conduct and manage follow-ups for "held" deals and approved
applications not yet taken up (NTUs) by the dealer/retail customer. ● Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desk manuals. ● Working closely with other departments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in retail operations system. ● Verify data in the retail operations system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure data quality and integrity. ● Accurate and timely filing of all customer's related data and
ensure that the customers data and contracts are always handled in a
secure manner. ● Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support activities as required by the business.

● 商科或金融专业本科毕业生优先考虑。 ● 有分期融资业务知识和实务操作经验。 ● 专业、自信地对待经销商和客户,使用非冲突性的沟通技巧,具有良好的协调能力。 ● 熟练的计算机操作技巧。 ● 较好的沟通能力和团队精神;承受工作压力的能力强。 ● 良好的逻辑思维能力和分析能力。 ● 具备良好的组织和综合管理能力。 ● 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力。
Requirements
● University graduate with Business or Banking major preferred. ● Good practical understanding and knowledge of retail credit financing and the legislative requirements. ● Professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers and customers. ● Good computer skills. ● Strong inter-personal skills / good team player; able to work under stress. ● Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills. ● Good organizational and administration skills. ● Good written and verbal English language skills

责对整体运营流程进行检查回顾,流程的灵活性和效率。该职位人员需要起草、建立、实施及记录流程变更,确保所有的改革均符合公司的变更控制管理流程;还需
要制作有关的培训材料并确保所有终端用户得到有关变更或新增功能的培训。有关职责还包括MIS报告的建立与维护,以及其他FAFC相关的业务系统的管理,
日常与系统有关的流程问题的处理协调、后续问题的分析、提出解决方案或与IT部门合作做出系统解决方案等等。
主要职责
● 发现可提高效率的运营流程;设计/实施及时有效的变更; ● 设计或领导设计系统的业务需求说明以及用户接受测试计划; ● 进行或领导进行用户接受测试、培训及实施; ● 记录新的流程并主导协调各个有关部门实施新的流程; ● 在实施变更之前确保所有变更控制管理步骤均已完成,包括所有作业程序及用户指南; ● 提供系统相关的培训。对现有或新员工提供培训支持。这些员工负责培训材料的准备、传播及维护; ● 建立知识转移文档并确保这些文档的及时更新; ● 为所有层面的业务建立并维护MIS报告; ● 对系统相关的问题提供第一层的支持、分析及解决方案,或代表用户向IT部门报告问题,并与IT部门合作做出解决方案; ● 提供系统访问权限支持,为外部用户提供技术咨询; ● 协调日常的IT基础设施/系统等有关问题的报告、分析和解决; ● 与其它部门合作,帮助新产品的推出、设计和流程梳理; ● 对第三方软件及供应商关系提供帮助,如PBOC征信系统,ICBC扣款系统,Citibank电子银行软件等; ● 按要求进行系统安全管理; ● 发现潜在的有助于本区域业务的新技术,如能减少成本或提供效率。
General Summary Statement
This
position is responsible for all operational processes reviews, where the
emphasis is focused on process flexibility & efficiency. It is
expected that analysts will initiate, develop, implement and document
the process changes, ensuring that all changes adhere to the corporate
change control management processes. They will also be required to
develop the appropriate training material and ensure all end users are
trained in revised / new functionality. Scope of responsibility also
includes development and maintenance of MIS reporting, the
administration of FAFC related business systems, the day-to-day liaison
of business process issues relating to the systems used within FAFC, and
the subsequent problem analysis and provide resolutions or work with IT
teams to deliver the system solutions, etc.
Key Duties
● Identify process variability within the location and develop / implement efficient and effective changes; ● Development or take the lead role to develop business
specifications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for business
systems used by Operations; ● Conduct or take the lead role to complete UAT, provide training, roll out; ● Document new processes and take a leadership role within affected departments when implementing; ● Ensure that all control change management steps are completed
prior to implementation of any changes, including all procedures / user
guides; ● Provide system related trainings. Support or provide regular
training both for current and new employees where they will be
responsible the preparation of the training material, delivery and
maintenance of the material; ● Develop knowledge transfer documents and ensure that they are maintained & current ; ● Develop and maintain MIS reporting for all aspects of the business, where required; ● Provide level 1 support to system-related issue, problem analysis,
provide solutions or represent users to report the problems to IT teams
and work with IT teams to deliver solutions; ● Provide system access supports and provide consults on technical issues to external users; ● Being the liaison for daily IT infrastructure /system-related problems, problem analysis and solutions; ● Work with other departments to help deliver new products and/or develop or streamline processes; ● Support to non-Ford software and vendor relationships i.e. PBOC, ICBC Direct Debit, Citibank EFT Software; ● Systems security administration as assigned; ● Identify potential new technologies that may benefit the location e.g. reduce cost, improve efficiencies.
