总体介绍
负责福特汽车金融(中国)有限公司收到的分期融资贷款申请的信贷审查工作,并执行相关综合事务。

主要职责
● 在有效和可控的环境下,且在公司承诺的时效里完成对分期融资贷款申请的信用评估, 并确保维持和遵循福特汽车金融(中国)有限公司关于分期融资贷款合约处理的指导方针和政策。
● 及时且礼貌地回复客户,提供经销商和客户专业的服务。与经销商保持良好的专业联系,提高客户忠诚度。
● 及时跟进管理待处理申请件。
● 协助准备并及时更新作业流程与操作手册。
● 同其它部门紧密合作,及时沟通业务系统出现的问题。
● 准确有效处理分期融资业务系统中的数据,确保数据质量真实性和完整性。
● 保持良好的文档管理,妥善维护和保管经销商以及客户信息,确保信息安全。
● 完成分期融资业务部门主管和管理层委派的其它相关工作。
 

General Summary Statement
This role will be responsible for the credit underwriting of all retail finance applications and general administration of all associated activities.

Key Duties
● Perform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit applications received, ensuring that they follow FAFC purchasing guidelines and policies while maintaining FAFC's published turnaround times (i.e. They are being actioned in an efficient and controlled environment).
● Prompt and courteous responses are provided to our customers and a strong, loyal and professional relation is established and maintained with all dealers and customers.
● Conduct and manage follow-ups for "held" deals and approved applications not yet taken up (NTUs) by the dealer/retail customer.
● Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desk manuals.
● Working closely with other departments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in retail operations system.
● Verify data in the retail operations system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure data quality and integrity.
● Accurate and timely filing of all customer's related data and ensure that the customers data and contracts are always handled in a secure manner.
● Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support activities as required by the business.

该职位主要负 责对整体运营流程进行检查回顾,流程的灵活性和效率。该职位人员需要起草、建立、实施及记录流程变更,确保所有的改革均符合公司的变更控制管理流程;还需 要制作有关的培训材料并确保所有终端用户得到有关变更或新增功能的培训。有关职责还包括MIS报告的建立与维护,以及其他FAFC相关的业务系统的管理, 日常与系统有关的流程问题的处理协调、后续问题的分析、提出解决方案或与IT部门合作做出系统解决方案等等。

主要职责
● 发现可提高效率的运营流程;设计/实施及时有效的变更;
● 设计或领导设计系统的业务需求说明以及用户接受测试计划;
● 进行或领导进行用户接受测试、培训及实施;
● 记录新的流程并主导协调各个有关部门实施新的流程;
● 在实施变更之前确保所有变更控制管理步骤均已完成,包括所有作业程序及用户指南;
● 提供系统相关的培训。对现有或新员工提供培训支持。这些员工负责培训材料的准备、传播及维护;
● 建立知识转移文档并确保这些文档的及时更新;
● 为所有层面的业务建立并维护MIS报告;

General Summary Statement
This position is responsible for all operational processes reviews, where the emphasis is focused on process flexibility & efficiency. It is expected that analysts will initiate, develop, implement and document the process changes, ensuring that all changes adhere to the corporate change control management processes. They will also be required to develop the appropriate training material and ensure all end users are trained in revised / new functionality. Scope of responsibility also includes development and maintenance of MIS reporting, the administration of FAFC related business systems, the day-to-day liaison of business process issues relating to the systems used within FAFC, and the subsequent problem analysis and provide resolutions or work with IT teams to deliver the system solutions, etc.

Key Duties
● Identify process variability within the location and develop / implement efficient and effective changes;
● Development or take the lead role to develop business specifications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for business systems used by Operations;
● Conduct or take the lead role to complete UAT, provide training, roll out;
● Document new processes and take a leadership role within affected departments when implementing;
● Ensure that all control change management steps are completed prior to implementation of any changes, including all procedures / user guides;
● Provide system related trainings. Support or provide regular training both for current and new employees where they will be responsible the preparation of the training material, delivery and maintenance of the material;
● Develop knowledge transfer documents and ensure that they are maintained & current ;
● Develop and maintain MIS reporting for all aspects of the business, where required;
● Provide level 1 support to system-related issue, problem analysis, provide solutions or represent users to report the problems to IT teams and work with IT teams to deliver solutions;
● Provide system access supports and provide consults on technical issues to external users;
● Being the liaison for daily IT infrastructure /system-related problems, problem analysis and solutions;
● Work with other departments to help deliver new products and/or develop or streamline processes;
● Support to non-Ford software and vendor relationships i.e. PBOC, ICBC Direct Debit, Citibank EFT Software;
● Systems security administration as assigned;
● Identify potential new technologies that may benefit the location e.g. reduce cost, improve efficiencies.

完成经销商信贷分析相关工作,撰写评级报告,配合信贷分析主管完成日常工作。

主要职责
● 维护、更新经销商信贷信息;分析、监管经销商财务状况和日常经营状况。
● 撰写经销商信贷分析报告,给予新经销商信贷额度,更新现有经销商信贷额度,评估经销商提出的其它请求。
● 在管理层及信贷审核委员会上用英文陈述信贷报告。
● 追踪现有经销商是否满足所有给予授信额度的要求。
● 提交经销商的各项其它请求,如临时超额度需求,申请展点等。
● 收集经销商财务报表,根据各项财务指标分析经销商经营状况。
● 完成高风险经销商分析报告
● 完成其它管理层要求的分析报告

General Summary Statement
This position is to furnish staff support to Dealer Credit Supervisor and complete all the assignments related to dealer credit investigation and dealer credit underwriting processes.

Key Duties
● Prepare and maintain dealer profiles; Perform the analysis and monitoring of the dealer's financial and operation performance.
● Prepare dealer credit packages for dealer acquisition reviews, annual reviews and interim reviews.
● Present credit reports to management team and participate in PPC meeting as required.
● Coordinate the execution of COAs for activating dealer credit lines.
● Assist dealers on various requests, i.e. temporary line, outlet etc.
● Collect dealer monthly financial reports and provide financial analysis on dealer's operation.
● Complete high risk reports in event of the dealer being so designated.
● Support management reports.
● Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business.

按照库存车辆盘点协调员的要求,负责现场盘点库存车辆,查验车辆合格证以及付款记录。具体包括出差前往经销店、开展现场盘点、记录盘点结果、及时向经销商存货盘点协调员报告违规行为及其他严重违反规定的行为,负责收款并在必要的情况下实施抓车行动。

主要职责
● 根据盘点计划对库存车辆进行现场盘点、查验车辆合格证及付款记录
● 记录盘点结果,汇总经销商盘点报告
● 及时向经销商存货融资协调员报告盘点中发现的任何违规行为及其他严重违反规定的行为
● 与金融服务经理及风险管理部门联络,调查造成违规行为的原因
● 解答经销商有关车辆盘点及合格证盘点和CFOCUS系统中库存融资还款自动扣款功能的问询

General Summary Statement
Responsible for conducting wholesale physical vehicle audit, conformity certificate audit and payment record verification as instructed by Wholesale Audit Coordinator. These would include traveling to dealership, conducting physical audit, recording audit results, reporting to wholesale auditor coordinator on timely basis any irregularities or other serious violations found during audit, and conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession if required.

Key Duties
● Conduct wholesale physical audit, conformity certificate audit and payment record verification in accordance with the published audit schedule.
● Record audit results, in detail and compile dealer audit report.
● Report to Wholesale Auditor Coordinator on timely basis on any irregularities or other violations found during the audit.
● Liaise with DAM and Risk Management team to investigate the cause of irregularities found in the audit.
● Resolving dealer's query associate with vehicle and CC audits or Wholesale Direct Debit functionality of CFOCUS.
● Conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession.
● Ad hoc assignment from Supervisor and management on business issues.
