Strategic Sourcing Analyst岗位描述：工作主要维护和开发供应商。工作职责：1. Supplier Sourcing & Selection To take the leadership for supplier inquiry,sourcing and appraisal,in order to select supplier based on sourcing process2. Pricing negotiation.To participate quotation and price negotiation,with support data and evidance in order to meet project cost target3. Contract preparation and review.Prepare and review contract to ensure property safety. In time renew and/or updated contract in order to ensure property safety4. Sourcing--To review the performance with data analysis,and to take action in order to reach target5. Purchasing order release/Set up--To manage PO (non inventory) with monitoring compliance with procedure in order to keep PO correct6.Planning and Budgeting7.Following department's plan and budget to develop related working plan for Purchasing & Sourcing activities in order to ensure the achievement of function's goal.8.Policies and Procedures9.To develop workflow for certain work based on Policy and the procedures in order to ensure that the routine compliance with correct and company policiesRequirements:1.BA; Commercial knowledge; Supplier Management; 2.5 years at least related experience in sourcing and procurement; Experience in technical ( Molding/Stamping/Plating); 3.Team-work and result driving; communication & coordination skill, coach & presentation skill4.Good verbal and written English.5.Proficiency in Microsoft office ( Excel, PowerPoint, word),SAP skill. 举报
