职位描述：
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责： 1. 收集数据参与S&OP会议。Collect data and participate S&OP meetings.2. 根据需求预测、客户订单、库存计划，制订MPS，达成客户订单交付率，实现公司库存KPI目标。Making MPS according to demand forecast, customer order and inventory plan. Achieve customer OTD and inventory KPI target.3. 维护ERP计划模块静态数据，确保ERP运行顺畅。Maintain static data of ERP planning module to ensure smooth ERP operation.4. 定期与采购部、生产部沟通，确定供应能力。Communicate with purchasing department and production department regularly to balance supply and demand.5. 定期运行ERP，制订发布计划生产订单、计划采购订单，确保物料供应。Run ERP regularly, make and issue production order and purchase order, ensure customer delivery and material supply.6. 监督库存实绩，触发交付异常应对措施。Monitor inventory status, trigger production order and purchase order.7. 定期检查流动慢的物料库存，分析其根本原因，采取行动措施以减少呆滞物料。Regularly check slow moving material inventory, analyze the root cause, take actions to reduce slow moving material.8. 上司安排的其他工作。Other tasks assigned by supervisor.PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述：1. 大专以上学历, 良好的计算机办公软件使用能力，精通Excel软件, 英语读写能力良好。College degree or above, good at computer office software, proficient in Excel software, good English reading and writing ability.2. 5年以上汽车零部件行业生产计划与库存控制工作经验, 熟悉JIT。Above 5 years working experience in production planning and inventory control, familiar with auto parts industry.3. 熟悉S&OP会议流程，精通MPS运作原理。Familiar with S&OP meeting workflow4. 熟悉ERP运作原理, 有SAP实施经验者优先。Familiar with ERP operation principle, SAP implementation experience is preferred5. 思维敏捷，逻辑思维强，具有较强的数据统计及分析能力，有多品种小批量生产计划工作经验。Quick thinking, strong logical thinking, strong ability of data statistics and analysis, experience in making multi-variety and low-volume production plans.6. 优秀的沟通协调能力，为人正直，工作认真踏实，有较好的承受压力能力。Good communication and coordination ability, integrity, work earnestly, can work under pressure; 举报
